Production Process

1. The production of the OMAC S1 adheres to Foton Motor's "Innovation and Manufacturing" philosophy. It is completed in a highly automated and digitized "Super Truck Factory", ensuring that every vehicle possesses world-class quality.

2. Stamping stage: Utilizing a fully automated high-speed robot stamping production line, high-precision molds are used to perform a single-forming stamping on high-strength steel plates, ensuring the accuracy and strength of the cab and body panels.

3. Welding stage: An automated welding line consisting of hundreds of welding robots precisely welds the cab assembly. The weld points are uniform and firm, ensuring the overall rigidity and safety performance of the vehicle body structure.

4. Painting stage: Utilizing advanced cathodic electrophoretic technology and dust-free automated spraying, the coating is uniform and has strong adhesion. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and can remain as shiny and new even when exposed to complex environments for long periods.

5. Assembly stage: On the lean production line, all core components (such as engines, gearboxes, and axles) are assembled using modular methods. All key bolt tightening data are recorded by electric tools and uploaded to the system, enabling full traceability of quality throughout the process.
